I cannot download youtube or amazon prime music through JAKSTA Music Miner.
Don't know about other venues
Running MAC OS Sierra 10.12.1

Can you try the latest version:

https://www.jaksta.com/download/mac/jaksta-music-recorder

If that still does not work, can you try a couple of downloads from these sites and then send us the log file? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking Find Log File.
