I am attempting to use the recorder, but there is no audio.

Please provide more details on what you are trying to record with what capture method.

Please debug logs as per https://support.jaksta.com/discussions/topics/6000009063.

Ensure debug is on before you attempt to reproduce the issue and collect them after wards and post them here.
