I have downloaded the evaluation copy of Jaksta Media Recorder. I was able to record the allowed one minute of Amazing Stories on Apple TV+. However, upon playback, the audio will play normally and the video is frozen. It is also frozen when recording in the preview pane in the lower left corner when it is recording. Can you please offer any assistance. I wish to purchase your product but if it won't record this channel then it is no good to me.
