is there a way to enable the new funtion "monitor live streams"
if i enable it and exit jakstar and start new its disable.

No in the current version you need to switch the "monitor live streams" to on once the app has started.
Will add it as a new feature request.

I would love if this was a feature. Having to go in after my system reboots and turning this on every time is very annoying. Would love for this to happen at startup.
