Cannot update to 7.0.0.24

Please see attached for the problem with installing the latest version on top of 7.0.0.18.

ffmpeg is still running on your machine.  Kill it and ensure JMR is closed.

JMR was closed and ffmpeg wasn't there to kill (I have Process Explorer).

However, the installation went OK when I rebooted in advance :)
