Can't I download a mobile app video using an Android mobile application PC-driven program like Bluesstack?
It used to be possible, but not now.

If the video stream is over https, then bluestacks needs to pick up the system proxy settings which direct https traffic via JMR.
A google seems to suggest that bluestacks does not respect the system proxy settings.
