Just tried to do some screen capture with JMR DVR but error occurred.
It says:
Value cannot be null
Parameter name: Parent
No idea what is happening. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but still don't work.

Try resetting your settings to their defaults. Settings > Reset icon
Otherwise please provide debug logs as per https://jaksta.com/support/windows/technical/jaksta-media-recorder/how-to-generate-debug-logs-6000009063.
Ensure you turn on debug before performing what ever action is causing this error.

Thanks. Now I'm OK to start DVR and watch the video I want to record, but the video captured is showing "Click to start Adobe Flash Player". Any idea what to do?

Site requires the flash player, which chrome blocks by default so you need to enable it.
Open the page in the DVR browser, click to start the flash player, start the video and then click record.

It's a personal website showing its webcam online.
I'm fine to watch it with DVR browser, but not when I start capturing.
The sound could be recorded however
