Hello,
This has been working just fine, but has suddenly stopped working.
It is showing: Error 4 - No valid free avails for this experience.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled, tried changing Converting type.
Please help.

That is not from the software, but an error message from the site you are trying to capture from.
