I am trying to record or download streaming videos. Nothing is working
DVR status is "queued" but never records
Stream downloader completes with errors 0 Bytes

What website are you trying to capture from?

Thanks for your credentials to informit.com.
Your video courses on this site can be captured using JMR's AUTO mode.
1. Select the stream downloader capture method (The cloud with the down arrow in it)
2. Switch the AUTO switch on - JMR is now monitoring your network connection for media requests
3. Go to informit.com and login to your cisco course and start playing a video
4. JMR will detect and start downloading the course. Once it starts downloading you can switch off AUTO and close the course in your browser if you wish. The capture will continue. Or you could select other courses you want to capture.
If JMR does not capture for you, it is possible (due to the way that this site streams) that the video may be being played from your browser's cache if it has been watched before. So try clear your browsers cache.
