Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

Hi!

My Jaksta stopped all of a sudden recording in the middle of normal process, i.e. I was recording something but the next recording from the same site and other sites (YouTube) was aborted. I reinstalled and updated Jaksta as was suggested. At some point the program failed to open certain files and it happened before as well but I ignored it  (pic attached). So I completely uninstalled the program twice, but it malfunctions all the time, i.e. the interface and the note Thank you with options to have or not to have a tour open and freeze. When I click the screen it gives me a bang sound, and I can't even close this window, only thru the task manager.

Please help.

I tried to reinstall the program today but it freezes at this point, and when I click the mouse it just gives me that bang sound. Have to remove it thru the task manager. Weird! Never had this problem that popped out all of a sudden.

Please help.
