I purchased Jaksta specifically because it was advertised and recommended as working with Stripchat.
After extensive testing, Jaksta is currently unable to record Stripchat live streams.
The HLS playlist can be accessed, but the media segments are blocked (HTTP 418), which prevents recording entirely.
Stripchat was the sole reason for my purchase, and I do not use Jaksta for any other purpose.
Since the software does not meet the specific use case it was purchased for, I would like to know whether Stripchat is currently supported and, if not, what solution you can offer (refund, credit, or other resolution).
