Hi,
I have Problems with Jaksta Media Recorder 6 since more than 1 months. Unfortunately I got no reply to my last post. I installed Version 6 now but it does not start. The System says Jaksta Media Recorder 6 (Keine Rückmeldung). I am deeply disappointed because I use Jaksta since several years now and I was extremely satisfied. Please help as soon as possible. I am using Windows 10 Home and McAfee Life Save. Could that cause the Problem? I Need your help as soon as possible. I am deeply disappointed.

I even can not stop the the Jaksta process. I have to Close down the whole PC to get rid of the task (see attached file). The task Manager says "Inaktiv" but nothing happens when I click on "Task beenden". PLEASE HELP!!!

I need the log files to help you - Please zip up and attach the log files in C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Jaksta

why cant you attach them? You seem to be able to attach screenshots? Just attach the log files individually then.

i copied the files to a Desktop Folder and now it works. for all other users: it does not work when you try to upload logfiles from the jaksta logfile path directly

Your log files contain the following errors during installation : "Die Common Language Runtime hat ein ungltiges Programm gefunden. while compiling method".
This would indicate that .NET v4.0.30319 on your machine is corrupt in someway.
You will need to reinstall or fix the .NET install on your machine - Search google on how to do this - errors in your windows event log may help you.
Im sorry but I can't help solve your computer issues unless they are really obvious.

I installed Jaksta on my wife's PC running Windows 10 and the same problem occurs: Only the SplashScreenForm with message "Loading UI ..." appears. So it can not only be a problem with my PC. Need bug fix urgently.
