Jaksta Media Recorder version 5.01.54 - switched back to demo mode

Hello, I've been using Jaksta Media Recorder for a long time, but as of Saturday, it suddenly is in 'trial mode' and the registration field is empty. I tried putting in the registration code, but it says it's invalid. Please advise! Best regards, Charles Hunfeld.

5 is very very old.  You should upgrade to 6 (its a free upgrade).  Contact Billing support for licensing issues:

Thanks. I already contacted Billing, but they referred to this section. I'll try again and upgrade to the latest version. It still doesn't explain why version 5 is in demo mode and why it doesn't accept my registration code.
