Just installed JMR 2022 and it says I have no monitors. I had at least 20 set (not al active). Can I get them back?

Sorry - I now see that there's already a thread for this, and that 2022 is a totally separate program, so I've rescued myself by going back to 7.
However, I can't see where to turn off updates in 7, and I would like to export all the settings to 2022.
From what I see, 2022 still will not resume a download before the existing has been finalised - a request made by me and another user last year some time. We can lose up to 10 minutes between 6-hour YouTube streams during processing.
I apologise for not figuring out everything for myself, but this has caught me at an extremely busy phase of updates/upgrates/reboots and losing precious download minutes.

Export monitors from JMR7 and import them into JMR 2022. The way monitoring is handled is different under the covers. Full details here: https://www.jaksta.com/support/windows/technical/jaksta-media-recorder/jaksta-media-recorder-2022-release-6000064828
As I have mentioned previously what you have requested is not possible, and the solutions are here: https://www.jaksta.com/support/windows/kb/faq/muxing-is-taking-a-long-time-6000254222
