Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

Hi,

since the end of last week Jaksta Media Recorder tells me 'URL is not supported. Please try the auto or the digital video recorder capture methods'.

I reinstalled the latest version entirely, erasing all the settings.

I am on Windows 7. I also tried the trial version on another windows 7 computer, same problem.

This concerns all sites including Youtube, Dailymotion ...

DVR capture works.

I activate the traces.
