Hello I am using Jaksta Video downloader for windows and the problem i have is while downloading videos from a playlist i want it to downloaded with Playlist number ( Like 1, 2, 3) prefix to Initial Title. Ideally the number series displayed in the download windows should be applied to file name with numbers first and the title.

Im not really sure I understand what you are asking. What playlist are you downloading video from?
Naming rules for downloads are controlled via Internet Downloads > Advanced > Naming Rules.
