Hello. Jaksta is able to record Flash streams from streamate.com just fine. However, Streamate is transitioning to an HTML5 player (http://streamate.com/blacklabel/hybrid/?name=ModelName). Is Jaksta able to record their HTML5 streams? I have tested with Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers, but no streams were detected? Please help. Thank you.

Looks like just the same streams here using chrome and ff.
If you are still having issues then please provide debug logs as per https://support.jaksta.com/a/forums/folders/6000186433
Ensure debug is on before you click AUTO on and collect after the stream should have been detected.
