Hello. A number of users reported that Stripchat no longer saves files correctly. The file is saved but no output when playing via VLC for example.
I've even reluctantly paid for an upgrade and it still does not work. That version is 2023.5.24.5.
Do you plan on fixing this soon? If not, I would like to request a refund for my upgrade purchase, since you claim you have a 30-day money back guarantee.

Hi,
The developer has tested this and stripchat is working for him without an issue. Open the program. select Get Support- and turn on check for new version on start. Close the program. Open the program. Now, give it a try. Monitor does not work and he is aware of that but doesn't have a fix for that as of yet.

They never fixed this issue.
I tried, but they kept saying that downloading videos works.
I don't think they ever tried fixing the issue with streams.

@Buster I gave up on this with Jaksta, and did not renew my subscription. I got the same response a while ago. SC does not work either with live streams or downloading video. Thankfully there are other solutions that actually do work with SC.
Ever since Jaksta was acquired by Applian it's gone way downhill. I originally purchased a lifetime subscription for Jaksta Media Recorder several years ago (pre-acquisition) and the developer was really responsive, fixed things very quickly. Now I suspect Applian doesn't really care. :(

Things are not great, but I haven't found a better solution.
Stripchat does not work, but chaturbate does.
I mostly use it for monitoring Youtube livestreams, and that has mostly been good.
Lately it has started losing audio on some Youtube streams until an update to the extraction comes a few days later.
It's like they don't know what they are doing, but at least they haven't stopped working on updates.
The strangest thing is their payment system uses an invisible and therefore unsolvable captcha.
So you literally can't purchase a license any more.
And they won't fix the either.
