I had meddle with all the advanced settings including to create SRT subtitles but none was available upon my download though the subtitles caption was on.
Could u please guide me or is it not workable for toggle ? I had purchased the software & downloadable to full but it will be redundant if I can't have the subtitles.

Subtitles are not supported for download from toggle.sg, however you can use the DVR capture method.
Switch to the DVR capture method (Click the camera icon)
Open the DVR Browser (The globe icon) and go to toggle.sg and play the video
Switch on subtitles and then click the red record button
