Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

I purchased Jacksta Media Recorder 7 yesterday to record NowTV, but so far have been unable to do that. When you navigate to Now TV through the Jacksta browser and select a programme (which opens in another window on the desktop and not in the browser), and hit record, it just cycles round again and asks you to select a programme and hit record. Nothing happens.
