When I attempt to Log in to YouTube TV, I get a Notice that "The Browser or app may not be secure" and to try using a different, supported Browser.

Works ok here. Do you have a Settings > DVR > User Agent Override set? If so clear it.

I uninstalled JMR, and re-installed. Still no luck. It does appear that JMR has had this same issue, previously.
