Hi,
with the Upgrade to Version 7.0.1.40 the Monitor has e realy bad Performace.
The checking for each Page for an stream takes much longer as with the Version 7.0.1.36

The only change in 7.0.1.40 was to the YouTube dash protocol. Perhaps what ever you are monitoring is just taking longer to respond? What are you monitoring and ill test it out from here for you with both versions.

i am monitoring chaturbate profiles.
After a downgrade to Version 7.0.1.36 it is working fine, the checking for each Link takes 2-3 Seconds
With Version 7.0.1.40 the checking/respond for each Link needs more then 15 Seconds

Im not seeing that here - I see about 5-6 seconds. With 3-4 seconds of that the query/parsing of the website.
Can you please provide debug logs so I can see what you are seeing. Please just enable one monitor.

With Version 7.0.1.36 the Monitor Site looks like after 5 Minutes
And with Version 7.0.1.40 after 5 Minutes it looks like thisSo you see, the old version is checking faster as the new VersionAnd the new Version need 2 -3 times longer to change from "Queued" to "No Stream"

So what i have found...
Version 7.0.1.36 is the dl extractor is only checking the "normal" https Site for an stream (NO generic & mobile!)
Version 7.0.1.40 is checking the "normal" https Site plus after that it checks with generic & mobile
So the new Version is double cheking each Site and here you have the reason why the new version takes the double time for the check. the old version is not making this double check (normal & genric/mobile) it only checks it once.

Checking for mobile streams is important, as for some sites they are the only streams that can be captured.
I'm just changing the monitor to allow more than one check at a time, in much the same way as multiple captures can happen at the same time (5 by default but changeable by setting).
Think that will be a better solution for you ...

I think a better solution could be a option in Monitor "Settings" Tab like "Check Webpage only" or "Don't check mobile Version" so in standard the mobile version is checked but you can disable it if you know where is no reason to check this.
independently of the mobile checking, a setting that the monitor can check multiple Pages at the same time could also be useful.

Please try the monitor feature of this beta version.
Multiple monitors will now check at the same time (if scheduled at the same time). The number is dependent on Settings > Internet Downloads > Concurrent Downloads.
You can switch mobile site checking off via Settings > Advanced Settings > Extractor > Try mobile site on error.

This version also includes npcap as a replacement to winpcap. If you are still using winpcap the you can upgrade by clicking the install link under the Settings > Internet Downloads > Winpcap. Winpcap is removed as part of the npcap install.

Winpcap compatible mode is required when installing npcap. It is set on by default when installed via the JMR installer. If you already have it installed then you dont need to do anything. Just upgrade.

It is working good and with the simultaneous checking it is also faster as the old version :)
Due to the bandwidth off my internet connection is high enough i have set concurrent Downloads to 8 thats working, however it looks like that 8 simultaneous Website checking´s are sometimes to much for the extractor. So i think that two different setting for the simultaneous Website checking and concurrent downloads would be better.
