When i try to play any of the videos I've recorded with Jaksta and play them on my wmv they are zoomed in to the point I cant make out what it is

What player are you using? Most have zoom in features. VLC's is accessed via the Video menu. WMP can be access via ALT keys. ALT-1 is %50 etc. You can also drag the bottom right corner on most players to resize.

so when it records the video its in flv format and then i set it to convert to avi so i can use the windows media player to watch it and when it goes to play its zoom in on the video to the poin where its blurry and you cant see every thing that has been recorded

There are a few AVI conversion settings. Ive just tested with "AVI Default (AVI)" and an 800x600 HLS to MP4 capture from chaturbate converts to 800x600 AVI and plays back as expected in VLC.
Please provide debug logs of one recording and conversion from chaturbate using the following directions:

Your logs show the video capture @ 800x600 and converted @ 800x600.
This is the video output stream from the conversion:

I'd say you just need to expand your players window. Does the original captured file (mpg) playback 800x600?

Ive expanded the player window to fullscreen and it still plays the vid zoomed in on a certain part of the screen and nothing else, if i uninstall jaksta and reinstall it will i be able to use the purchase key to still use it

Yes you will, however uninstalling and reinstalling won't achieve anything.
Does the original play back correctly for you? Can you upload a small file so we can look at it here?
