Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

I was able to download from Vimeo but now it appears to download but when it finishes it  says "Completed (Errors)" and nothing is saved.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There are no known issues with capturing Vimeo.

I am now getting some results after installing the latest version of Jaksta Media Recorder but the quality is not fantastic (although this may be due to the original) and it seems to download in real time compared to before I had the problem when the download was quite quick.

When I try to navigate the DVR browser to http://pdl.vimeocdn.com/ I get the following:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://pdl.vimeocdn.com/" on this server.
