No mater what I try I can never reach a browser and because of this I can not use this program. Need help there are a number of movies on Hoopla I would like to download and need your help, PLEASE.

When I copy a URL of a movie and paste it in DVD Browser it never gets to the point of the download. Also, if iI try the HOME in the DVD Browser it never opens. The blue circle to the right of where you paste the URL just keeps spinning. I waited for 30 minutes and then just shut the program down.

If you are using the DVR browser you need to go to the page that has the video you want to capture and play it and click the record button (red button in top right corner). The DVR browser will then close and DVR recording will start.
If you are still having issues then please provide debug logs as requested.

I know that is what you do. My problem is I never get to the point were the video plays. The video never loads so it does not play.

Your logs show chrome crashing, due to a corrupted settings file.
Close JMR and Chrome and kill any hanging chrome.exe (look in your process list).
Delete the following folder C:\Users\<Your profile>\AppData\Local\Jaksta Media Recorder 7\ChromeDvr
Start JMR, go to DVR and click the globe icon again to open the DVR browser.

That solved one problem. Now I get the browser and the video plays, but when I try to record I am getting FAILED TO RUN FILTER GRAPH.
