Hi,
There is currently a big issue for users of the Craftsy/bluprint craft video service which is terminating. Having purchased video lessons (which are embedded within ythe app - you can't simply paste in a URL as you have to sign in with your account) they cannot be downloaded to Windows, only to Android or i-device. I wonder if Jaksta can work also. There's currently a big market out there who are very cross with Bluprint. As noted in the links below sometimes a manual sign-in has to be done to get the conversion to work.

A quick look at their website it looks like you can watch videos through a normal browser on your desktop computer. Therefore you should be able to capture it using JMR in AUTO mode. If you are having issues then please provide debug logs as per https://www.jaksta.com/support/windows/technical/jaksta-media-recorder/how-to-generate-debug-logs-6000009063
The JMR trial is free so download and try or you could provide your login details to support AT jaksta.com and we can try for you. Include a reference to this forum post in your email.
