Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

Is there any way to change the DVR settings or can that be added in a future release. I'm recording a 1080p stream that can't be captured using any other method with Jaksta. Using DVR limits the setting to a much lower rate in a format I never use.

By default DVR records at 1/4 your screen size.  This is for performance reasons.  Same with recording to WMV.  This is quick and fast.  These default settings can be changed however on the settings screen Settings > DVR and using the built-in converter to convert to anything you want.  Turn off the Request Best Output Size and it will allow you to request a size.  Read the tooltip on this setting for further details.
