The error is likely the result of a failed download, but without any other information it is hard to say why.
Can you please provide a screenshot of the error, a link to the video that you are trying to download and any other relevant information?

Okay but, t looks like uninstalling the program then deleting any else of it and then reinstalling I was able to run the media copy and copy video from YouTube
