Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

I cannot download anything .

I always have an error and on the bottom this i see : " kan bestand C:/users/pauld/OneDrive/Documenten/Jaksta/Jaksta MedianRecorder/player-html 3 fly niet vinden" 

I also cannot use the " send logs "  arrow .

I try to instal everything again already but that not help to .

I have to change something in the settings but don't know what .

I also cannot make a login account for support .

Can somebody explain me what i have to do so it works ?

( Its for the windows version )
