Hello do you thik it will be ever able to make LJ streams as monitors that work?
Or is it at least possible for a video downloader tool to monitor LJ?

LiveJasmin? No unfortunately due to the protocol they use to stream. You can only use AUTO mode to detect and record LiveJasmin.
