I try to download streaming video from a site " mtv.com.lb" but not download , see the attachment .
The video link : http://mtv.com.lb/Programs/Saalo_Marteh/Season_3/videos/Episode_18.
I tried it in Firefox, Chrome with "Always Record HTTP" and "Always Record RTMP" enabled in the Streaming tab in the Preferences .
I attached the log files.

You need to use the DVR Capture method with Settings > DVR > Browser Emulation set to IE 11.
If you are still having issues then please provide your logs in debug mode. The ones you have provided arnt.

You need to change to DVR capture mode and the open the DVR browser and navigate to http://mtv.com.lb/Programs/Fakhamat_Al_Chak/Season_1/videos/Episode_15, start playing the episode and then click the red record button.
