Hello,
in the past I used other tools (command line and some german windows freeware tool I won't mention here) to download youtube and twitch videos. I have tons of them and I like to keep them sorted in the same way.
with jaksta this does not work well as it just gives the video the title of the stream form youtube or twitch.
I want to be able to have files named like this or similar (and be able to change this myself anytime in settings):
YYMMDD-HHSS Channel-Name - (if available playlist name as well) - Video - Title-Resolution-CustomText (like YT or Twitch).mp4
would also be great if jaksta (on windows) could change the creation time of the video file after downloading to the actual upload/publish date. Then I could use at least a batch rename to relabel my files with the correct timestamps in front of the video.
even better would be the option to be able, like with the other tools I used, to create named by channel parameters sub-folders when downloading an entire channel or playlist.
like c:\jaksta\youtube\channelname\playlistname\YYMMDD-HHSS Channel-Name - (if available playlist name as well) - Video - Title-Resolution-CustomText (like YT or Twitch).mp4
automated based on only the URL of a playlist pasted into Jaksta.
Cheerse
Matt

You can prepend the date automatically by adjusting the naming rules
Settings > Naming Rules
Ill look at adding channel, playlist and resolution in a future release for you.
